Monetary Donations

The United States Congress provided the Vietnam War Commemoration with the authority to accept donations and place them in a special account to be used by the Commemoration.

These contributions will further the Commemoration's objective to help a grateful Nation thank and honor Vietnam veterans and their families.  Contributions will be accepted for general purposes and applied to our commemorative programs, including such things as: lapel pins for the 7 million veterans living today who served during the Vietnam War and family members and other commemorative activities and events.

Who Should Donate

The Commemoration accepts contributions from corporations, organizations, and other financially successful individuals who wish to aid in the funding of our commemorative programs to help a grateful Nation thank and honor our Vietnam veterans and their families.  While we welcome donations from all sources, we do not wish to accept donations that would normally be directed toward other Veteran Service Organizations (VSOs).  We encourage potential donors to maintain their level of giving to these authorized VSOs.
