Senator Joe Schiavoni (D) – District 33 of the Ohio Senate and Gold Star Daughter, Kristin O’Neill are pictured at the memorial highway’s unveiling. Senator Schiavoni sponsored Ohio Senate Bill 357 to designate a portion of I-76 in Mahoning County as a memorial highway for two fallen Vietnam War veterans.
