Description: The Vet Center will conduct a Commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the Vietnam War at the Sanford National Guard Armory on Wednesday, March 27th, at 1:00 p.m. The location will be at 2214 Nash Street, Sanford, NC 27330. The Vet Center would like to recognize and say thank you to the many Vietnam Veteran Clients that receive services in the Lee County area as well as the Vietnam Veterans in the surrounding counties on this important day. Please join us as we honor our Vietnam Veterans and remember their sacrifice. As the Vet Center service areas continues to grow, this center will have even more opportunities to reach out and help Veterans and Active Duty Military as they return home and move to the next phase in life. Our goal is to provide a safe refuge where Active Duty Service Members and Veterans can heal, hope, and dream once again. The Fayetteville Vet Center is located at 2301 Robeson Street, Suite 103, Fayetteville, NC 28305. The Center is open Monday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., providing free Readjustment Counseling Services to Active Duty Service Members and Veterans returning home from combat as well as their family members.
