VIETNAM WAR COMMEMORATION

Arizona Military Museum

ARIZONA MILITARY MUSEUM The Arizona Military Museum is sponsored by the Arizona National Guard Historical Society, a non-profit association dedicated to educating the public about the military history of Arizona, the militia and National Guard of Arizona, and Arizonans who served in the military. Displays show uniforms, arms, weapons, photos, maps, and other artifacts relating to the colorful military history of Arizona. Narratives put the displays in context for the museum patron to appreciate Arizona’s military history from the Conquistadors to the Global War on Terrorism to contemporary “overseas contingency operations”. The museum has a “Vietnam Room” with a Huey gunship, a gun jeep, a NVA ZPU-4, and numerous uniforms and weapons.
